| No, we are a fully furnished apartment rental company. All of our units are either leased from landlords or owned. |

| Are you permitted to lease out the units furnished? |
| Yes, ALL of our landlords have granted Furnished Dwellings the unfettered right to sublet the units out as fully furnished rentals. |

| What are the advantages of staying with Furnished Dwellings rather than a hotel? |
| Here at Furnished Dwellings, we pride ourselves in being an economic alternative to hotels. On average, our rates are 40% - 60% less than a premier hotel. Apartments provide you with a more spacious and private environment, along with a fully equipped kitchen allowing for cooking and entertaining. |

| What is included in the apartment rent? |
| All of our apartment rentals include cable, WIFI, heat, and water. All you would be paying extra for is the Con Edison bill (gas and electric) which normally runs anywhere between $50 to $100 per month, depending on usage, and that cost just gets deducted from the security deposit at the end of the lease along with a $200 check out fee for the cleaning done upon check out. The use of the amenities is included as well (where applicable). |

| What is the apartment equipped with? |
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, dishwasher (some apartments), toaster, dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, kitchen towels, knife set and more.
The Bedrooms are furnished with pillow top mattress', pillows, linens, comforter, alarm clock, night stand(s), floor lamp, and hangers.
The Bathroom comes furnished with bath towels, hand towels, waste basket, plunger, bowl brush, and toilet paper.
Other items included in the apartment are iron and ironing board, broom and dustpan, mop, and TV(s).

| Do you allow pets? |
| Yes, but we do charge a non refundable pet fee ($250). Majority of our properties allow pets but a few of them do not so please inquire within. |

| What time is check in/out? |
| Check in time is @ 5 PM on the rent commencement date. Check out time is @ 1 PM on the rent expiration date. If you need make special arrangements please call customer service. |

| How do I obtain keys? |
| Keys will be left with doorman on move in date. |
